- Respondents to chats take about 5-60 mins, anything above that SHOULD be informed from Tobias himself or his manager
- If Tobias disappeared for more than 4 hours .The client is entitled to ask for an Replacement session according to the duration he missed. On the other hand, if the client disappears for more than 4 hours then the session will be terminated with renting condition.
- Maximal rental 5 days, extensions are allowed WITH disscusion.
- Clients aren't allowed to publish anything, anywhere regarding the sessions without PDA Package including private rant account.
- Clients are alowed to share their Post a Pic (pap), but Tobias himself will most likely to not share back.After Session:
- Testimonials are needed after the sessions.
- Any feelings grown in, or after the session is not part of the talent's responsibilities
- Client's are automatically blacklisted if Client
1. Being racist (SARA)
2. Crossing boundaries (calling, spamming, videocalling)
3. Making talent uncomfortable in any ways
and Tobias is entitled to reject their form.Client's Right :
1. to re-schedule the session with minimum 15 mins before
2. to consult about Tobias behaviour
3. Cancel the session with a valid reason but with a 30% refund
4. Client is entitled to set boundaries with Tobias
